Our manufacturing facility is based in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. We are an export-oriented manufacturer and ship our products worldwide. We have extensive experience shipping to North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead times vary by product and order quantity. Generally, standard products ship within 15-30 days. Custom projects may require 30-60 days. We provide a firm lead time with every quotation.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies. For modular containers, it's often 1 unit for testing, with better pricing for full container loads. For paddle court equipment and tents, we can accommodate smaller orders. Contact us with your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I request a custom design or modification?
Absolutely! Customization is our specialty. We can modify sizes, layouts, materials, and finishes to meet your specific project requirements. Our design team will work with you from concept to completion.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% T/T (bank transfer) deposit with the balance paid before shipment. We can also discuss other terms like LC (Letter of Credit) for larger projects.
What are the standard sizes of your modular containers?
We work with standard shipping container sizes (20ft, 40ft, 40ft High Cube) as a base but can customize the length, width, and height to your needs.
What are the containers made from, and how are they insulated?
They are made from Corten steel for durability. We offer various insulation options (e.g., rock wool, PU foam) suitable for different climates, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency.
