Mancora Pacific Equestrian & Adventure Center Máncora, Piura Region, Peru
Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and Peru’s desert dunes, we engineered an 8,000m² multi-functional tent complex at the Máncora International Sandboarding Hub for the inaugural Andes Cup Equestrian Grand Prix. Designed to harmonize with extreme coastal conditions, the facility featured galvanized steel frames resisting salt corrosion and PVC membranes blocking 98% of UV radiation.

The complex included:
• VIP Ocean-View Lounges with mist-cooling systems combating 35°C heat
• Media Broadcast Zones with satellite uplinks for global streaming
• Modular Horse Stabling Tents with anti-bacterial flooring
• Open-Air Spectator Arenas angled toward both dunes and sea
Beyond hosting Olympic equestrian champions like Pedro Veniss (Brazil) and Marlon Zanotelli (Argentina), the venue transformed nightly into a cultural epicenter: sunset classical concerts by the Lima Philharmonic, professional beach volleyball tournaments on courts framed by desert flora, Quechua-inspired bonfire gatherings, and cinema nights projecting Andean folklore films onto sailcloth screens.

Our rapid 18-day deployment overcame remote logistics – all structures shipped from Lima via Pan-American Highway and anchored into shifting sands using helical pile foundations.
